If your product arrived melted, please give it a stir and place it in the fridge until it hardens. There is nothing wrong with the tallow balm purchased and will do wonder for your skin regardless of consistency. Just give it a little time in the fridge to harden.

How long is your is your tallow balm good for?

We recommend the Silk, Sana, Calma, June, and Nude balms be used within 6 months of purchase. The shelf life of Bella Vida is 4-6 months. Our Tallow balms can last longer (Some up to 8+ months) when stored in the fridge. It is important to store your tallow balm in a dark cool place.

Is your balm safe for babies?

Our Nude Tallow Butter and June Tallow Balm can be used on babies of all ages. It can be used as an overall moisturizer, and/or for eczema, rashes, cradle cap, baby acne, diaper rash and so much more. The Silk and Bella Vida tallow balms are recommended for babies 6 MONTHS+ (as they contain essential oils). Both can be used for all of the skin conditions described above. For spot treatments on 6 MONTHS+ Babies: We recommend Calma Tallow Balm for eczema, like (itchy) rashes, and Sana for pain, swelling, and burns With any new product, we recommend doing a patch test first.

Is your balm greasy?

No. All of our balms leave a lovely softness without leaving a greasy residue.

Can I wear make-up on top of the tallow balm?

Yes! Absolutely. You can even replace your moisturizer with Lesuif’s tallow balms. Our tallow balms contain ingredients that keep your skin hydrated all day, help heal problem areas, and revitalize skin.
