Calma Tallow Balm – For Dry, Easily Irritated Skin
Some skin is easy. This balm isn’t for that skin.
Calma is for the kind that goes tight within minutes of a shower. That stays rough at the elbows and behind the knees no matter what you put on it. That turns pink at the introduction of anything new — which is why you stopped introducing new things.
It’s the plainest rich balm we make. A short list, nothing decorative, and no fragrance doing work it doesn’t need to do.
Made in small batches in Montgomery County, Texas, by a mother who first started making balm because her own daughter needed something gentle.

- Skin that feels dry, tight, or uncomfortable
- Skin that’s flaky or rough in the usual places
- Skin that reacts easily and doesn’t forgive experiments
- Anyone trying to get a routine down to one jar

Available in: 1oz, 2 oz, 4 ozHow to use
Warm a small amount between your fingertips until it turns to oil. Press it into clean, slightly damp skin rather than rubbing — damp skin holds it far better. Morning, night, or both.
Start with less than you think you need.
Good to know
Best used within four to six months of opening. Softens in heat; store somewhere cool.
Everyone’s skin is different. Patch test a small area for a few days before using it more widely, and stop if irritation occurs. If you’re dealing with a diagnosed skin condition, please talk to your doctor — this is a cosmetic, not a treatment.
