Because our products are made with natural ingredients we are not able to accept returns.

If your product arrived melted, please give it a stir and place it in the fridge until it hardens. There is nothing wrong with the tallow balm purchased and will do wonder for your skin regardless of consistency. Just give it a little time in the fridge to harden.

Lost Package

We highly recommend purchasing the shipping option that provides a tracking number with insurance. This will help with filing a lost package claim. Please note, Lesuif is not responsible for lost packages once they are dropped off at the mailing facility.
